What is financial lease?

You borrow the required purchase amount from the financing company and repay it monthly. The most important advantage is that you immediately become the economic owner of the car or commercial vehicle. You also benefit from various tax benefits.

With business financing you benefit from various tax advantages and you maintain the liquidity within the company. At the end of the lease contract you are the owner of the vehicle. How does the monthly amount work with financial lease?
The monthly amount depends on a number of factors:

Duration: The term indicates how long the financing lasts. However, the longer the term, the lower the monthly amount. On the other hand, interest costs are also higher with a longer term. At Eurocars you can choose a term from 12 months to a maximum of 60 months.
Final term: The final term is the part of the loan that you only pay at the end of the term. You can reduce the monthly amount with a final installment. A final term is not mandatory.
Interest rate: The amount of interest you pay on the amount financed.
Lease amount: The total amount that the vehicle you want to purchase costs.
